After submitting your online application, please send a deposit equal to one month’s tuition. Deposits are non-refundable after June 1st and will be applied to 2017-18 tuition. September tuition is due by August 21, 2017.
Upon receipt of this enrollment form and deposit, we will send you a registration packet, which will include a participant release form, health and contact information forms, and an academic information form. Your registration to the Earth Arts Lantern Program is complete when we receive your first month’s tuition and the forms listed in the paragraph above. Thank you!
